You can share your student’s videos with family and friends. Students will receive written evaluations of their performances.

2. SIT on the Piano Bench the entire Lesson
3. Good Piano POSTURE: Feet on floor, Head up, Hands on keyboard
4. Listen & Follow Teacher’s Instructions
5. DAILY: Piano assignments done at home

5 WAYS TO MEMORIZE:

  1. EARS remember the sounds to help you play correctly.
  2. FINGERS remember where to go (HLF) on the keyboard with consistent fingering SLOW & LOUD (in small sections).
  3. EYES remember notes, SCALES & CHORDS of the music on the printed page.
  4. VISUALIZATION of the BLACK & WHITE key patterns on the keyboard.
  5. BRAIN knows the THEORY Foundation: Form, Key & Modulations–Harmonic structure, Rhythm, Melodic motifs, Phrasing, Dynamics, etc.
